I am committed to using EMDR Therapy to help individuals process traumatic events such as abuse and assault. EMDR may also be used to relieve a number of situations caused by other psychological stress.
I am also challenged by working with couples and families to resolve conflict and improve couple and parent/child relationships.
I received EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) training through EMDRIA. I find that using this therapy has been helpful to many individuals.
