My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic and solution-focused. I incorporate a variety of modalities to help individuals address life challenges, these include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; and EMDR.

I came to the profession of therapy late in life through a strong desire to help others by providing direct care. Prior to becoming a counselor I had a varied and fulfilling career working in non-profit administration and management. I also have a background in theatrical production and design.
