About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and families. My training includes a Masters degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
In my Essex office, I meet with clients who are facing transitions in their lives. Sometimes these changes are to be expected, such as going away to school, entering into relationships, retirement, and aging. Other times, transitions tend to be more unexpected, for example the loss of a job, a serious health diagnosis, or divorce.
In the context of a supportive partnership, we work collaboratively to identify clients' strengths and goals, develop new insights, and learn new coping skills, resulting in greater clarity and positive growth.
