I am trained to look for how repressed memories and emotions may be impacting present symptoms. We may also explore behaviors/patterns that are perpetuating your symptoms, and access fantasies and the imagination to consider how change may happen. My approach is direct and will likely explore root causes of symptoms, but is also warm and invitational.
As a lover of anything creative, I am passionate about the process of creative self-discovery. I am often left in awe of the transformative processes clients experience and believe that each client has a powerful inner guide leading them closer to their authentic Self.
