Are you seeking a seasoned, compassionate psychotherapist to help you become the version of yourself you yearn to be? I have found that very often the crisis which is the motivation to seek deep responsive listening of therapy is a profound opportunity for a transformational experience. I am a psychologist, coach, yoga and meditation teacher with nearly 40 years of experience in private practice and educational settings. I offer psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are struggling with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, physical illness, sleep disorders, and marital challenges.
I integrate mindfulness and stress reduction practices with traditional modes of psychotherapy and evidence based treatment models. Over the last few decades I have done deep trainings in therapeutic modalities that integrate attachment, parts theory, and the latest understanding of brain development and the nervous system.
Things you should know: For me the practice of psychotherapy is a calling. I maintain a small, intentional fee for service practice, carefully screening to assure we are a good match. If you are ready call, text or send an email. Most of my sessions occur on a tele-health platform.
