Welcome, I am happy you’re here. I get it, it’s hard to work on the things that hold you back. Many of my clients are just like you – they know what’s wrong, but they struggle to figure out how to change their behaviors – understand their past on a logical sense, but struggle to understand it on an emotional sense – people who want to cultivate kindness and authenticity in their lives, but struggle to believe they deserve it. My clients are often misunderstood by others, thinking they are not enough or too much, and experience very large emotions, both "positive and negative."

I am educated on different neurotypes, including ADHD and autism, and often work with different neurotyped individuals experiencing complex-PTSD, OCD, and BPD. All clients are different, thus each person's goals are unique so the modalities we use will differ client to client, but I am ACT, DBT, IFS, ERP, I-CBT and somatic therapy informed.

I love the work that I do, and I love the clients I work with. I know what it's like to not feel heard - or understood - and it is always my mission to make my clients feel like I get it. I use ACT as my main framework, but utilized I-CBT to break up the logic of our outdated thoughts, and utilize IFS to learn the parts of us that believe our old stories. I emphasize the importance in trying, accepting, and self-compassion. We're our closest friend, and the only person in this world truly walking this path with us. I lean into that.
