When relationships are marked by conflict, disconnection, or unresolved pain, they are often shaped by experiences and attachment wounds carried over time. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—navigating relational stress, emotional or sexual trauma, or spiritual questions that affect how they connect with others and with God. Beneath these struggles is a desire for growth, clarity, and deeper connection - especially shame free. Change isn’t easy, and life can feel overwhelming or isolating. I am a trauma -informed therapist with 20+ years of experience supporting individuals and couples. Specializing in attachment wounds, sexual trauma, relational conflict, intimacy, and spiritual struggles. My work is informed by attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and family systems, integrating Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS, and Gottman methods.
