In my work with clients, I apply modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REB), & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I prioritize being a safe space for my clients.
