I have more than 21 years experience providing mindful, caring, FUN therapy specifically for those aged 5 and over who have anxiety, depression, identity issues, poor self-confidence, school refusal, or other obstacles that interfere with their life.
A collaborative, compassionate & inclusive approach is most effective. I have extensive training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CB-T). I offer short or long-term solution-focused therapy for a variety of life issues.
