As a holistic counselor, I help clients to reconnect with their inherent wholeness through mindfulness, somatic exercises, here-and-now awareness and compassionate insight. I also offer ecotherapy, where I love to work with clients in outdoor sessions, with nature as my co-therapist.
Growing up in conservative Shasta County, and then living in progressive SF for 18 years, I developed an ability to relate to anyone, regardless of whether their political affiliation, race, or life style was the same as mine. I am compassionate, curious and empathic and look forward to meeting you.
