I am a licensed professional counselor in the Arvada/Westminster area specializing in panic/anxiety, depression, and Spiritual concerns, including Atheism, Agnosticism, and Secular questioning. In addition, I provide Mindfulness Based psychotherapy in the areas of grief and loss, life transitions, and women's issues.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy. These techniques help you to identify faulty thinking styles and to develop new ways of challenging unhelpful beliefs that may be leading to symptoms of anxiety or depression.
