I believe that every person has their own story. I feel very privileged that my client has chosen me to share their story and include me in their journey. With encouragement, non-judgement and support, I help my clients process through their story in order for them to take the next steps in their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to share in my clients journey as they gain insight into their lives, whether to make changes, increase awareness or improve themselves. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT, CBT, EMDR, Lifespan Integration therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I work well with women, men from 18-100+ to assist them with everyday issues, struggles and life transitions.
I have extensive knowledge of substance abuse, addiction and recovery and the impact it has on the family and individuals. I believe that the whole family needs to heal from addiction.
