About

Welcome. I am honored to join you in prioritizing your emotional and mental well-being. I work with individuals recovering from complex trauma, sexual issues, PTSD, relational loss/trauma, as well as with couples in conflict, and/or transition. I believe therapy is a tool for all of us. My therapeutic style is empathic, collaborative, affirming and curious about your individual life. Foregrounded in our work will be interventions which improve your emotional health, reduce current distress and highlight your strengths. Together, we will work to clarify your needs and goals. We start where you are, in the here and now!
My training is grounded in relational psychotherapy and trauma studies. I have extensive training in complex trauma, PTSD, relationship patterns, narcissistic abuse, dissociation and sexual behavior and identity. EMDR certified. Relational Life Therapy for Couples, Level 1. I work extensively with depression and anxiety, as well as impulse control issues.
My office is a warm, safe, shame-free zone. I believe all of us have the inner strength and wisdom needed to facilitate growth and change.
