Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with many individuals with a wide range of unique presenting problems. I like to call myself an eclectic therapist in the sense that I incorporate multiple models during our time together. I am open to working with adult clients and/or couples who are ready and willing to do the work! Although it may be hard, it will soon be worth it. I emphasize and value the therapeutic relationship and work with clients to establish rapport and a clear sense of goals!
I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and utilize solution-focused and strength-based language. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing.
I am committed to being a professional support for my clients during the process of working through their presenting problems and other topics that may arrive throughout our time together.
