About
Now Accepting New Patients! How long have you been in pain? Have you been living with it so long that you don't remember how it started? Past and current damage can sabotage our attempts at living the life we deserve and prevent us from trusting others. Often before people enter therapy, they have tried many things to make changes in their lives in order to feel better. Nothing has worked- at least for long. Talking about your problems is not enough. I will help you identify destructive patterns that have interfered with your ability to enjoy life and replace them with healthy solutions.
I work with adults to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, codependency, perfectionism, relationship issues, trust issues and grief/loss. I focus on the emotional, psychological and physical struggles associated with past and present events. Depression, anger and anxiety are all symptoms of unresolved issues.
How do you speak to yourself? This will be the most important and timely relationship you will ever have so it is the most important. If you spoke to a friend the way you speak to yourself, would they still want to be friends? Do you say “yes” when you really want to say “no”? Do you avoid confrontation at all costs? Let’s get to work!
