Post Traumatic Stress is something veterans experience but traumatic events are not just in war zones in other countries. Trauma can be from abuse, an accident, sexual assault and many other situations. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) can help to process these traumatic events & alleviate the physical reaction to the event within 3-5 sessions.
My team consists of experienced therapists, a psychiatric nurse (APRN) and interns. We believe in treating the whole person. We work collaboratively with you and the team to find the best solutions for your situation and condition. Everyone's circumstances are unique and the pain you are experiencing is important to us and to find ways to lessen that pain.
