Post Traumatic Stress is something veterans experience but traumatic events are not just in war zones in other countries. Trauma can be from abuse, an accident, sexual assault and many other situations. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) can help to process these traumatic events & alleviate the physical reaction to the event within 3-5 sessions.
