Are you ready to forgive yourself and others who have significantly impacted your life? Through learning to forgive you can deepen your awareness of what may prevent you from having more joy, love, and peace in your life. When you are not ready to forgive you can easily get stuck in a cycle of depression, anger, fear and anxiety. We all have innate wisdom and knowing that allows us to heal from any trauma or difficult life experience. Therapy is about coming to understand and know you have basic goodness as a human being. I will help you connect with that inner wisdom and knowing to create more meaning and purpose in your life.
I am deeply spiritual and a seasoned psychotherapist and I discovered how critical forgiveness is in our life's journey. Our experiences with our family of origin and others have shaped the way we live. In my own life, forgiving myself meant accepting my past and valuing myself in the present. Through forgiveness, I was able to heal my heart and soul.
From my years in practice I will provide you with ways to improve your mental and emotional well-being. From my background in Buddhism I will teach you how to practice patience, loving kindness and compassion toward yourself and others. When you learn to love and accept yourself and others through forgiveness, you will create a healthy, grace filled life.
