I work with people who feel stuck in patterns and cycles of avoidance, pain, distress, and conflict. As a therapist who previously served in higher levels of care, I am particularly aware of the biological, social, and cultural factors that often contribute to stress and crisis. It can be difficult to change patterns, but I focus on empowering clients to take control of their lives and to feel good about who they are and how far they have come.
