Rebuilding
Rebuilding is a 6 week educational support group designed to help both men and women adjust to the ending of a relationship. Through information, guidance and support, adjustment to the ending of a relationship can become a creative and personal growth experience. The topics covered include family of origin study, how to enhance your sense of self, the art of communicating, what is a healthy relationship, reframing failures and goal setting.
