Therapy doesn't have to be scary or another task on your to-do list. I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing challenging times in their lives. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation with empathy and validation at the core.
I help individuals experiencing stress, depression, and anxiety identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts and challenge behaviors that keep them stuck. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have an extensive background in helping individuals with addictions develop coping skills and relapse prevention skills.
There isn't a universal treatment plan that applies to everyone. I work with adults of all ages and will help navigate mental health and life stressors. I believe that therapy is a partnership and will work with you to find strategies that work for your life. If something isn't working, we can figure it out together.
