I use an integrated therapy approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Christian, a wife of 35 years, a mother & grandmother. I’m also a seasoned therapist. I integrate my training, my faith, & my life experiences to draw from for my sessions. I am a great listener, & a caring professional, trained to help you understand your feelings, & assist you in making your desired changes. I approach issues through a Biblical/Spiritual lens in a non-judgmental, calm, supportive, atmosphere. I meet clients where they are & love to partner with them to make their desired changes.

I assist clients with a variety of issues including, but not limited to: Spiritual Issues, Stress, Anxiety, Marital Issues, Family Issues, Depression, Trauma (utilizing EMDR as necessary), Aging Issues, Phase of Life Adjustments, Relationship Issues, Parent Child Relationships, Parenting Skills, Grief, Divorce Care, and Victim Abuse.

New clients (or returning clients) are now being accepted on a case by case basis only - depending upon my scheduling availability. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Interns for the State of Florida.
