I use an integrated therapy approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as an Ordained Pastor, a wife of 34 years, & a mother and grandmother. I’m a seasoned therapist. I integrate my training, my faith & my life experiences to draw from for my sessions. I am a great listener, & a caring professional, trained to help you understand your feelings, & assist you in making your desired changes. I approach issues through a Biblical/Spiritual lens in a non-judgmental, calm, supportive, setting. I meet clients where they are & love to partner with them to make their desired changes.

Including, but not limited to: Spiritual Issues, Stress, Anxiety, Marital Issues, Family Issues, Depression, Trauma (utilizing EMDR as necessary), Aging Issues, Phase of Life Adjustments, Relationship Issues, Parent Child Relationships, Parenting Skills, Grief, Anger Management and Abuse.
