I enjoy working with adults and teens to overcome anxiety, frustration, depression, and relationship concerns. It is fairly typical for all of us to struggle at times with setbacks and disappointments. My goal is to help you identify and work on the unhelpful parts of your life so that you can improve, eliminate symptoms, and lead a more fulfilling life.
