I feel fulfilled when clients grasp new ways of thinking about their stories, dreams, and challenges. People can do amazing things if they have faith in themselves or in a higher power, and are willing to move forward even if they are not completely sure.
Using Positive Psychology, I teach clients about self-talk and how to recognize and stop negative dialog. I believe in the mind-body connection and how thoughts and attitudes may lead to fear and anxiety. I enjoy helping clients examine their dreams to gain additional insights and coping skills.
