Working in a care profession and looking for trauma therapy to address the root causes of anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship struggles? Welcome! I offer a warm and collaborative space to process experiences and work on changing painful patterns. As a social worker, I bring a systemic lens to understanding mental health which includes exploring the impact of structures of power and oppression on your unique experience of the world. I support health care workers, educators, and caregivers of all kinds in coping with current stressors, processing the past, and finding more enjoyment in life.
Using trauma-informed modalities, therapy can help you process experiences, build tools to address stressors, and support you in feeling more intentionally and authentically yourself. As a queer-identified therapist, I offer an LGBTQIA+ affirming space and value anti-oppressive ways of care.

Working as a nurse and feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stressed out? Join this supportive group to process with peers and feel less alone. This group will be a space to build community around shared experiences and receive the support of a trauma therapist who specializes in working with care workers. We will focus on experiences and emotions related to nursing and the role of systemic health care factors. Coping skills related to anxiety and overwhelm will also be included in each session.
