I specialize in working with young children (ages 2–11) using play therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Teens and adults using CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT models. I work with families to create a supportive environment where both children and adults can build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal from trauma, and thrive emotionally
