I address feelings of shame, anxiety, and imposter syndrome. I have experience with different ethnicities, races, nationalities, religions, and sexual orientations.
I specialize in Discernment Counseling for those couples or individuals on the brink of breaking up to help find clarity, confidence, and understanding for their relationship path. I also am skilled at working with people who have a history of childhood abuse or neglect that is impacting their current functioning, relationship, and happiness.
