Hi! Welcome to my profile! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Franklin and I love people. I believe that every person is of infinite value and is created strong, resilient, and brilliantly made. I find great joy in creating a safe place for individuals to feel seen, heard, and known. I use an integrative approach that encourages clients to find their voice and trust themselves and their bodies in their own story and process.
I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Restoration Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and Play Therapy. I love to weave sandtray, somatic and mindfulness work into sessions when helpful. I work with emerging adults through end of life. I deeply value supporting others with resolving developmental stories and trauma, grief and spiritual de/reconstruction.
Regardless of the stage of life you are in or the difficulty you are encountering, it would be my honor to walk the road with you.
