I have over 35 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who are in need of mental health counseling to address life issues of stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, work issues, relationships, sexual issues and family dynamic issues. I enjoy helping individuals learn new coping skills for depression and anxiety. I also specialize with individuals who have trauma and grief and will help you resolve those issues. I especially enjoy working with families and couples to resolve conflict and improve intimacy, communication and trust issues. My belief is that life is a journey and at some point, we all need help.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Therapy and Solution-focused Therapy. My focus is to help individuals learn better ways in coping with depression, anxiety, conflict, stress, sexual issues and relationship issues. I have extensive training working with LGBTQ+ couples, families, and individuals.
Serenity Behavioral Health Services is a group practice, with five locations and more than 30 therapists providing in-person sessions for individuals, families, and couples and tele-therapy sessions for those who prefer it and when coming to the office for an in-person session is not possible.
