About
Sometimes life challenges leave you overwhelmed and you do not know what to do. Seeking counseling can be difficult and it is often hard to take the first step. I offer a safe and supportive environment to work with you on making the changes to improve your life. I am committed to providing effective and non-judgemental services to the individuals and families I work with. Working with children who have experienced traumatic life experiences is an area that I have many years of experience. Helping these children build trusting relationships with others is very important to me.
I have 20+ years working with children, couples and families. I have several years of experience working with individual who are having problems with depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I am committed to making sure my clients obtain the sevices that will change their situations and provide them with skills to utliize after therapy.
I have a special interest in working with couples who are dealing with stressful life challenges and want to strength their relationships. I have been married for 40+ years and realize that marriage can be a challange and learning to work through diffucult times is a very important factor.
