I am Black mixed race femme, politicized somatic, IFS, spiritual and land-based therapist serving Black, Indigenous & People of Color & Queer artists, activists, educators, leaders, changemakers seeking to address trauma, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, integenerational trauma, and various forms of oppression. My experience is working with communities of colors, immigrants, refugees, veterans, and foster youth.
I am certified in Psychedelic-assisted Therapies and Research at California Institute of Integral Studies, MAPS and Ketamine Training Center. I am passionate about the use of psychedelics and plant medicines as tools to heal trauma. I provide psychedelic integration session for individuals working with plant medicines and psychedelics for healing purposes.
I am here to hold space and walk with you. We will work collaboratively to identify the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. You are the expert in this process and I will provide you the guidance and support to meet your individual goals.
