Whether in crisis, struggling in a relationship or with a behavior, in a life transition, or facing an obstacle keeping you from moving forward I have an eclectic approach to identify underlying causes and to encourage restoration and growth. EMDR trained to help you process & heal from trauma and change negative cognitions from the past.
My priority is to establish a safe, confidential therapeutic relationship. My early career in corporate sales, raising 3 sons, and 25+ year marriage contribute to my ability to relate to a wide range of individuals. Experience in personality typology, recovery from addictions, the process of change, and ability to integrate faith if desired.
