Sometimes life can be unpredictable and painful. Trauma affects our lives in many ways. Hello, my name is Mary K. I am a trauma focused therapist with over three decades of experience working with children, families and adults. I am accepting new clients for short term therapy for those who wish to address personal issues, or long-term therapy for those who need to focus on trauma work. I encourage individuals to identify and nurture their inner strength through empowerment, talk therapy and a little bit of life coaching. It would be my pleasure to guide you on your path of rediscovering and loving your best authentic self.

Some of the positions I have held as a MH clinician include: DCF family reunification therapist, Homeless SA recovery family residential program director, Trauma specialist, CWTV therapist, Adoption specialist, and MH therapist. I am grateful for the many lessons my clients have taught me over the years, especially how to harness the power of GRIT.

I often use narrative and Cognitive focused trauma techniques.
