Together, we break down challenges, understand their sources, clarify & prioritize steps, practice skills, and develop a plan for follow-through. Employing a holistic approach, we'll take into account relationships, physical, financial, emotional and spiritual health.
I use a range of research-based cognitive, behavioral and family therapy approaches. For trauma and abuse survivors, I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Systems Therapy.
