We will make connections between the past and present so you can enjoy a better future. I worked in my father's psychiatric practice and interned with a neuropsychologist and learned you can retrain your brain.
There are many ways to positively process issues with traditional cognitive behavioral therapy. Expressive arts and guided imagery are also available to you. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Life Coach and Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator. We will collaborate for you to have your best life possible.
