My passion lies in supporting students and families within the K-12 educational system and witnessing the success of children, adolescents, and within their families. In my private practice, I frequently assist clients with improving relationships, managing anxiety disorders, addressing women's issues, and providing resources for ongoing emotional growth and wellbeing. I believe that children, adolescents, and families have the ability to find solutions to their own challenges.

I have extensive knowledge and skills in both outpatient mental health and school clinical practices, wellness interventions and programs, implementing mental wellness professional development and have provided training both locally and nationally regarding evidence-based practices in schools.
While everyone is unique in their journey through counseling, I have found that clients typically start making measurable progress after our first four sessions together. My goal is that every client has the tools they need to be their happiest and no longer need to be in counseling services. I look forward to meeting with you.
