Hello - I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with adolescents, families, and couples in private practice and school social work in secondary and elementary schools. I specialize in working with anxiety, coping skills, children or adolescents, school issues, job stress, self esteem. I utilize dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), using these clinical modalities to support my clients in therapy.
