With almost 30 years of experience(including 11 years working with military population), I have skills to help with most mental health issues for individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and solution focused techniques to help problem solve and navigate challenging life situations.
