I have a down to earth, straight forward style. I'm nonjudgemental and I genuinely respect the choices people make for how they want to live their lives. Working together, we can change your negative beliefs & help you heal from past trauma so that you can move forward. I believe that everybody has the ability to create the life of their dreams.
I specialize in trauma (I'm certified in EMDR, IFS & Sandplay), attachment based therapy, and eating disorders (Master's degree in Nutrition). My holistic approach blends counseling with mindfulness.
