Counseling for children and teens ages 2 to 19. We specialize in assessing and counseling children, young people, and their families. Parents of children who struggle with emotional, behavioral, or undiagnosed mental health problems often do not know where to turn. Dr. Snair’s twenty-year child counseling career has included work as a school-based clinician in school systems, providing child and adolescent counseling and serving as the case-management liaison among students, community agencies, treatment centers, and the court system, as well as in IEP meetings at the schools. She lives in Burlington with her family.
Dr. Snair is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina. She is board certified (NCC) by the National Board for Certified Counselors and is a nationally certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist (PCIT). Dr. Snair holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University (APA Accredited Program).
