About
Are you finding yourself feeling unable to cope with the challenges of day to day life, job stress, divorce, family strain, relationship problems, and/or symptoms of depression and anxiety? Seeking out brief solution focused therapy is sometimes a great way to refocus and get back on track. Therapy does not need to be long term. Therapy can focus on the here and now while using the past to connect the dots to today's struggle. Therapy is an investment in yourself, your family and your future.
Are you a woman struggling with infertility, challenged with anxiety or depression during pregnancy, after having a child or coping with pregnancy/infant loss? Each of these specific struggles are worthy of validation of feelings, empathetic listening, development of coping strategies and an objective supportive place to gain perspective.
I believe in providing a safe and nonjudgemental space for all clients. My practice is affirming of all religious beliefs and/or lack of religious beliefs and is fully accepting of the LGBTQ+ community.
