I love working with adults who want to improve their lives. I have a military background and have a passion with working with active duty members, retirees, veterans and family members. My clients should be looking for a straight-forward therapist who is looking to help them by increasing skills and taking action to help improvement outcomes.
I specialize in couples therapy and have completed Gottman Level 1 & 2 training. I incorporate their theories and activities and have success in helping couples find their way back to each other. I am also have significant training to work with people with past trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, psychotic disorders, etc.
