If your usual coping skills aren't working for you and your finding it difficult to make a life changing decision, therapy could be your answer. Therapy can be a tool to guide you to find the clarity that you are seeking. I am experienced in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression ,substance use, relationships and self esteem concerns. I assist my clients in utilizing their own untapped resources to find resolution to their problems in a safe supportive, non- judgmental environment to make difficult life transitions. I assist my clients as they make positive change and develop new skills.
In addition to my mental health license I am licensed in the field of addictions. I have a great deal of experience with substance use treatment, adult children of alcoholics and co-dependency. I am compassionate and genuine and my approach with clients tends to be gentle,supportive and holistic.
Many of my clients are open to allowing me to use hypnotherapy in our sessions together, to assist them in bringing about change. This is accomplished through gentle suggestions and storytelling while in a relaxed, hypnotic state. I have received extensive training in this approach to change.
