As someone who has also been wounded in life, I want to offer a safe and supportive space for those who come to my office. I am an attachment theorist and also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy. I feel we need to understand where we come from and those imprints that helps in working to change. I work with young people and adults. I strive to listen and help them through their journey of self-awareness and growth.
My goal is to listen and provide feedback to you. I strive to provide a quiet space and a calm demeanor. I am not "judgie" as my grand-daughter likes to describe it. I want to hear your thoughts and your story.
As I was also in therapy several years ago, I strive to provide a safe and warm environment for my sessions. A place for you to get to know me and I you; and for you to share why you have chosen to come and what you would like to work on. And my thoughts on how we can approach that.
