I have over 20 years experience working in the field of counseling. I am also a Divorce Mediator. I serve adolescents and adults. I am a certified EMDR therapist and specialize in serving those who have experienced trauma. Other issues that I can assist you with includes: emotional difficulties (including but not limited to anxiety and depression), relationship problems, issues related to grief and loss, life transition issues. My approach is eclectic as far as therapeutic interventions. EMDR provides an opportunity to process highly charged emotional issues in a way that goes beyond traditional “talk therapy”, although I offer that as well. Internal Family Systems allows for you to recognize and get to know the different parts we all have and how they may guide behavior.
