Welcome to my practice. As a trauma therapist, I offer a warm and compassionate space for healing and growth. With a deep understanding of trauma and its effects, I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward recovery and resilience. My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and evidence-based techniques, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and empowered every step of the way. As a Certified Clinical Trauma professional with training in EMDR and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I also incorporate somatic and holistic tools into our work to support nervous system regulation.
