I strive to create a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are and not who you think you should be. Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I believe therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I enjoy adults of all ages navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, panic, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem. I also have experience supporting individuals in high-pressure academic environments and understand the unique challenges that high-achieving students and professionals face.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
