Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Radford University in 2014 and have been licensed since 2017. I focus on helping adults to cope with grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and stressful/life transitions. I have worked with countless adults who have struggled with their challenging life circumstances and supported their journey to having a more full and authentic life. My current work with adults is often focused on grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stressful situations, and life transitions.
During our first session, I will follow your lead while exploring your story, your needs, and your hopes. We will have a conversation about your story and explore what you want to get out of from this experience. We will move forward at your own pace to create a plan together that feels safe and true to you.
I believe my greatest strengths is allowing clients to lead their own sessions and to give them a safe space to open up and address different life circumstances they are experiencing.
