I am a Licensed Master of Social Work with 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety and depression. Over the past four years, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient roles, giving me a broad understanding of how important mental health is for individuals. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, providing them with the necessary tools and empowering them to improve their lives. I completed both my undergraduate and Master of Social Work degrees at the University of Georgia. My approach to therapy stems from a person-centered lens, recognizing that clients are the experts on their own experiences. I use skills derived from various therapeutic approaches to better fit each client's individual needs.
