I firmly believe that while each individual has their own journey to travel throughout life, we are not meant to traverse life on our own. My 10+ years of experience in crisis services has proven to me that none of us are immune to needing help. Therapy is difficult work but can provide you with a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships. I am passionate about assisting adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, discord in relationships, stress, recovering from trauma, divorce, and other life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is a blend of person-centered, motivational interviewing, and solution focused with authenticity and some humor thrown in while increasing awareness of the body. I have experience working with LGBTQIA community and am sex/kink positive, CNM/poly-affirming, body positive, and trauma informed.
In the words of the great Fred Rogers "Anything that is human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable." Please allow me to meet you where you are and help you to make your journey more manageable.
